I'm experiencing major problems with this company. I ordered goods 6 weeks ago - money up front - and have received nothing. My emails are unanswered & they don't answer the phone. Have they gone out of business but are still taking orders & payment. Highly UNrecommended.

FABULOUS! Just what is lacking in today's impersonal world. Good old fashioned service from a small indepentent retailer. The web site is good and the goods dispatched promptly, and the shop is wonderful, the sort of yarn shop full of beautiful things that every town used to have.
