I ordered a Birthday present DVD Box set from W H Smith on 25th November, which has still not been delivered to the shop by the 16th December. Nobody seems to be able to help me from customer services who just keep saying that there has been trouble with their supplier and my goods were now being despatched. I first came across this site about a year ago when I was looking for a good deal on the Back To The Future Trilogy and they had the best price at the time so I placed my order, got it delivered to my local branch as this saves the postage charge and picked it up all within the space of a week and in perfect condition. Postage otherwise would have added around £2 to the order although that has changed slightly with a flat rate of £1.29 for DVD's, ...
...35p each so you do pay extra if you are ordering a few items. Not sure if this is a good idea but I suppose it depends how many products you are ordering. Books, Stationery and Magazines and Gifts sections have varying amounts and you should check this under the help section before you order.
