Wiseup.com is a site that has provided me with these requirements. The site is clear and easy to use with comprehensive information on all aspects of ISA investment. I was able to find the ISA I was after with its initial commission reduced from 5.25 % to 0.25 a saving of £350 on a £7000 investment.
