Advantages: Good tour, informative guide, good customer service Disadvantages: Not as slick as some tour operators
Well, not such a mystery perhaps, but please allow me poetic licence! I visited Australia in June 2006, so this is probably one in an ongoing series of reviews about my travels.
Part of my stay in Australia was in Sydney and so I was recommended to take a tour of the Blue Mountains, about 120km away from the city. A fairly brief internet search uncovered Wonderbus Tours, a small independent company who offer a range of tours of this area.

This is the tour that my friend and I took, and it started out really easily, as we our hostel - The Wake-Up in Sydney - is one of the pickup points for Wonderbus.
