Advantages: Easy To Navigate Site, Bright and Colourful, Loads of Products Disadvantages: They Charge To Deliver
I have always been a bit of fan of this company and find that they always have stocked a decent variety of products ranging from kids toys to sweets, from CDs to clothes. Over the years their prices have not been too bad either. Recently however I have noticed that there stores are not what they used to be. (Primarily the store in Bexleyheath, Kent as that’s the one I use the most). They are still selling the ranges of products they used to and still ... ...enough stock of items, the store always appears untidy and items sit on shelves without a price.
Maybe I am just being picky myself because of the fact that I work in a large retail company and we get constant grief over standards. That’s without the fact that without a price you are breaking Trading Standards laws as well.

My personal experiences of shopping at woolworth.co.uk were extremely pleasant ones. I have used the site twice within a few weeks. On the first occasion I placed my order at 1.30pm, by the next morning at 9.20am my parcel had arrived. the second order was placed at 2.30pm the day before the release of harry potter I ordered a copy and a few other items and actually recieved the parcel by 9.30am the next day. I use the internet often for shopping ... ...your order is easy although not really necessary as you recieve an e-mail notification as soon as the order is despatched,the site does ask you to allow up to 7 days for delivery but on both the occasions I used it. the parcel was delivered the next day. The postage is £1.50 regardless of how many items you order.after I recieved my second order I recieved an e-mail offering me free postage on the next order. I honestly can't praise them enough, ...

Advantages: they have a wide range of items Disadvantages: no updating ever and they need to put there special offers online
the problem with the woolworths site is that they never update it.I mean with woolworths being such a big nationwide company you think they would have qualified staff to update the site regularly and they never change there worker of the week it is alway's cleo.
It is a good site from a good company but there are a few fault's on it
like they always have the same offer's and when they do special offers in stores they dont put them on the site.
... ...big firm with lots of stores nationwide and i think that they could do a lot better with there online communications and they should spend a bit more time with them
Although woolworths do have a very good chance of making them selves some more money online they dont bother updating do that will give them
less orders

...It has to be said that this is not the most 'high-tech' site ever...it is a definate replica of the shops in its cram it in and pile it high formula. Hopefully, the layout will improve with time and usage. However, ignoring the messiness of the site, the ammount of stuff that there is available to peruse and purchase is phenomenal!! Toys, clothes, homewares........endless!
I have searched high and low for some pull-up school trousers for my 3 ... ...is not a Woolworths store in my vicinity. I had a look on the Woolworths site on Sunday night and was pleased to find that they did them, they had them in stock..and in a choice of three colours!! Result!!
The ordering process is extremely straight forward, and you are assured that delivery would be in 3 working days...and lo, they arrived today!
I will definately be returning to do my Christmas shopping, a very happy shopper .... What more can ...
