My dogs have got a huge toy box of toys including balls, kongs, teddies, and this. I got it around 6 months ago now from a pet products supplier (Petbrands), as at the time my youngest dog was really into tug and pull games and had resorted to stealing my bras and stretching the straps!

There was 3 sizing options on the website; jumbo, large and regular. My dogs are all large apart from one, so i decided to get the jumbo to be on the safe side as alot of the time my dogs can destroy small and medium toys within minutes. The jumbo was £4.99 which i did think was slightly expensive but at the time i wasn't aware of the cheaper alternatives there are (poundland sell some great dog toys aswell as wilkinsons).

The toy was only available in 3 colours - blue and white, red and white, and white and green. I chose the blue which is a quite dark shade of blue. The toy is basically a rope tied in a large knot with a tennis ball on the end stitched into it. The end of the knot is in a chunky hangmans rope style knot which is soft but tough.

The dogs loved this and still use it. They throw it, chew it, play tug of war with it and chase me about if i hold it. The only downside is it's not very durable and if left outside and it rains it usually takes a good week or so to dry completely and it also attracts mud. My dogs are all strong chewers and managed to get the tennis ball off within 2/3 weeks however the ball is still in one piece just not attatched to the rope! The rope is quite frayed now but the dogs still play with it but it's coming close to the end of its journey as it's stained and mucky with lots of teeth indentments. Considering i've had it for 6 months plus i think it's lasted well between my 4 dogs, and for £4.99 i think it was a decent price due to the size (12 inches long ish).

Overall it kept my dogs entertained but i won't be buying another one as cheaper alternatives are available that are as good as quality as this.
