The new WWE.com reviewed!

Advantages: Lots of information.
Disadvantages: Really cluttered.

Note: WWF.com has changed to WWE.com. In early 2002 World Wrestling Federation was ordered to change its name by law of court because of the whiney World Wildlife Fund who thought that potential customers were being confused by the World Wrestling Federation, how you could be confused by 2 completely opposite products is beyond me though! Anyway since March 2002 WWF has been working under the name of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and so all ...
...domain name. Recently WWE.COM has had a revamp, and although its a improvement on its old site it is no where near the quality it should be, especially as WWE is a billion dollar company. The site is cluttered with too much information on the front page meaning you don't know where to look first, and to reach a page say current champions you have to go through a linear system much like websites were 7 years ago. It isn't updated often and the magazine ...

WWF.com rules the net

Advantages: Excellent all round site
Disadvantages: None of any great dissatisfaction

WWF.com is filled with everything that a wrestling fan could ever want. Firstly, you have the Ross Report, conducted by Jim Ross. This is a real life view on the current events within the WWF, including injuries, backstage gossip and more. For a wrestling fan who looks for more than just basic matches, I love to read this, as it gives a far greater insight into wrestler's lives. Then we have the features, that enable the readers to see the results ...
...Heat. This is a very good function, as it allows the people like me, (who often forget to record the programme!) to see what has happened on the shows. The links to other sites are clear and informative, and the home page is very clearly presented. I suggest that anyone who hasn't already visited this sight, click onto it now, as it is a class wrestling site, especially for keen WWF fans. ...

A WARNING WHEN BUYING ITEMS FROM WWW.WWF.COM

Advantages: Great Quality products
Disadvantages: Hidden Costs

This is a warning to anybody that is thinking of buying anything from www.wwf.com Earlier this year for two of my childrens birthday presents I decided to buy them something from the wwf web site, i ordered 2 t-shirts and an ice hocky shirt which came to $39.00 all-in-all, then there was the postage and packaging for overseas address which was $60.00 which was ok for a one off payment for there birthday, they gave me a delivery date for up to 6 ...
...America. The items were delivered 3 weeks later by U.P.S which was great, but once they handed me the package they asked for another £38.50 for shipping, which i had to pay if i wanted the goods. don't get me wrong the quality of the product is great, and there layout was easy to followfor ordering, although abit pricey for the postage and packaging but nothing was said about paying for the shipping for overseas customers, I've been had once never ...

A guide to WWF.com

Advantages: Well set out, easily navigated, lots of items
Disadvantages: Deliver slow outside of US

Whether you're a die hard WWF fan or simply someone interested in all the hype, WWF.com, the official site of the World Wrestling Federation is the place to go for all WWF information. In the news section, find all the headlines related to the storylines and real life events, find what the wrestlers thing, and what the behind-the-scenes crew have to say about what's going on. Missed RAW or Smackdown! ? Don't worry, just go to the TV section and find ...
...shows, as well as information on the up-coming PPVs. But the best thing about this site is its merchandise section, WWF Shopzone. Here, any WWF related product can be purchased, T-shirts, hats, Title belts, zippos, aftershave, anything! And all at a resonable price, plus shipping of course. All the main superstars are represented, such as The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, and Triple H. Almost weekly new items are added, and all are worth taking ...

WWF are Champs

Advantages: Fast Delivery, Promotions, easy to navigate site
Disadvantages: Import charges

...recently made a Purchase at wwf.com in their shopzone area. I had heard many stories on such programs as the BBC`s watchdog and also one of my friends waited over 3 months for his items. Well, before ordering, I searched all over the net for the item I was after, it wasn`t on auction, wasnt at any other web sites, so despite several warnings at how slow they were as sending the item, I decided to give them a go, also the selection of a free gift ...
...temped me even more so. I made the order on a tuesday evening. I received an email confirmation saying thankyou at that was that. I checked the item status the following tuesday and it said that my item had been despatched that day. Next day, at lunchtime, the item arrives. However, shocked at how fast it had arrived, which in effect was next day delivery, I was stung with a charge of £26.19 from UPS import duty. The vest cost $45.00, postage was ...
