Advantages organising, recording, reviews, reccomendations
Disadvantages sometimes there are duplicate versions

AllConsuming is run by Robot Co-Op, and is basically a simple website which enables users to record things that they are consuming. This is one for the meticulous, and people who like making lists. I have found it to be a wonderful organisational tool. The site is not-for-profit, free to use, and there is no advertising. The products listed have links to amazon where possible, but there is nothing asking you to spend your money at any point. Now by consumption, what they mean is books, music, movies, food & drink, and any other products that you have or can use. Items are categorised to make ... more
