I used to have a membership paying £6.99. I then went to reactivate it as it had expired some time ago. Logged in and went to the reactivation page, entered my credit card details assuming I was reactivating at the same level and then only after clicking 'confirm' button did I notice it was £14.99. I picked up the phone immediately and rang to cancel and ask for a refund. Person on the phone said it couldn't be done. Asked to speak to a supervisor but they just claimed I should have read the terms and conditions. Didn't try anything to keep me as a customer so in the end I just cancelled. Apparently for reactivations they put you on the £14.99 tariff instead of the cheaper £7.99 tariff.
Avoid them like the plague.
