Ordered a laptop via express delivery but the item did not arrive on time. Complete shambles. Would NEVER use again and would NEVER recommend. Furthermore, SHOCKING customer service. When I rang to confirm that it had been sent out the operator said it would arrive by the end of the day but it failed to show. Atrocious.

Awful company - do not use them under any circumstance. Ordered a monitor for next day delivery and wasted a day waiting for it not to arrive. Cancelled my order the next day and three weeks later I am still waiting for a refund. I have had to contact the credit card company to dispute the charge. Worst experience I've had in internet shopping.

Have purchased from both iviewcameras for myself and laptopsdirect for my relative recently. The laptop was shipped to my work address with a laptop bag and external cd drive. I purchased a Acer Aspire One mini laptop for internet use because not only was this the best priced on the web but was available in stock for next day delivery. Really impressed with both the Acer laptop and laptopsdirect communications and speed. Thanks to laptopsdirect.
