I ordered a dress and paid especially for next day delivery, however it took 5 days to arrive with a considerable amount of emails/tweets/phonecalls. When my package didn't arrive, I looked on Missguided.co.uk to find contact details. There is no company phone number and the emails I sent took 3 days to respond to after sending 3! I found the only way to get my order moving was to tweet Missguided where they responded extremely quickly. After this I had problems with the delivery company themselves in trying to track my product, but eventually after getting in contact with them my product arrived!! Although I am appauled with the costumer service provided, when the product EVENTUALLY arrived I was extremely pleased with the quality, fit and product overall. Will consider using Missguided again but will make sure I order well in advance!
