I did an internet search for 'cheap parcel delivery' and Parcel2go was one of the companies that was returned in the search. Parcel2Go.com are a big gamble. When things go OK for you, you've delivered your parcel to your customer on time and at a very competitive price. I have my own business and have to send my items all over the world and need to use a courier service for this. I have now used parcel2go a total of 44 times, and the statistics are mounting up. I have had a good through all of my paperwork after a disaster yesterday ( more later ) and thought I would share my findings with you. Out of 44 booked pick ups from me, 28 failed to collect the item,Once they turned up to collect it 3 days late. 19 times ...
...seem to get to their destination without problems once they are picked up. I sell antique clocks and NO courier service will insure them so my packing is expertly done and have now sold over 800 clocks and had very few damaged in the post.One parcel2 go driver insisted that he open the package on collection to see what was in the box, ( this is not lucky dip )he said it was company policy ( they said it wasnt ) so we had to unpack what had taken ...
