In the black corner, wearing white shorts..... I've used them for delivering parcels for a couple of years - you order online, the DHL man comes and collects, and it generally gets delivered next day. From my experience, they hit their 95% SLA without any problem - a good value service

I was waiting 4 days to collect a parcel - farsical when things go wrong, in the end I had to send the parcel by special delivery - they were useless at resolving the problem, even after having 3 opportunities to get it right . You get the service you pay for - my lesson learned, you cannot promise your customers next day delivery with their "next day" service - and prepare to bang your head against a wall if you expect a good quality backup. Oh, and when you've charged your customer £10.56, remember you might have to cough up £20 for special delivery out of your own pocket. About as much idea of customer satisfaction as the Royal mail.
plus - for 8.99+vat for a parcel up to 30kgs, its not bad.
minus - abysmal customer service when things don't work out. Especially highly disappointing when things were going so well for most of the time with the rest of their service.
I have now set up and account with a "proper" carrier, rather than a brokerage service. P2G seem to simply sub-contract everything (from my experience) to DHL, and perhaps their problems lie from a misunderstanding between the two organisations- for me I don't care where the problem lies, I just didn't experience good customer satisfaction at all. When things go wrong, it's an ideal opportunity to prove your worth to a customer - and they simply failed to rise to the challenge.
