I used to use Parcel2Go all the time. Their prices were good & service great. Suddenly everything went pear shaped. The last 4 times I have tried to use them they have failed to collect the items in question. On 1st occasion they failed to pickup item 3 days on the trot. Customer Services is non existent & 3 months on from 1st complaint they are no better. On the last occasion after 3 emails backwards & forwards via automated process, I had a 4th mail stating they had lost all the info & could I start again !!!

Have now moved to postvan.com who are reliable to date.
