Not sure why most of people are not happy with parcel2go, I can't say it's a bargin+quality service but for such a cheap courier they really do their job as best as they can.
Placed my order on a bank holidy, a sequence of confirmation emails then sent to me, collected at 2.30pm in the afternoon next day!!!
Maybe because I live in the central area of london where there're loads of DHL depots and vans coverage is good.
If you live in big town, my advice is be patient on waiting. otherwise you gotta pray for greater DHL service coverage. I believe DHL covers the whole UK though, it's just a matter of time of travelling spent by van driver. good luck!
