I booked the courier on Wednesday night, to pick the parcel up on Thursday and deliver on Friday. It is now Friday and the parcel has still not been collected. I have sent their "Customer Helpdesk" several messages, both from their own webpage and via e-mail, and so far have yet to receive a single reply. Before you attempt to ring their customer services I strongly recommend you buy a hands free phone and take several deep breaths. The phone will ring unanswered for several minutes until either you get diconnected by your provider or they deliberately terminate the call by picking up the phone and disconnecting immediately. I am lucky I decided to have the parcel picked up from work rather than witing at home for a courier not to turn up.
