I ordered a pick up of a pallet over the phone and they never arrived on the day arranged so i called them up and they told me that it would be picked up the next day. At 3pm the next day i called them back up due to failure to collect by which point they informed me that they had forgotten to pass the information on to the pick up team. So i cancelled the order and used a more reputable company and asked for my money back.
Once i filled in the reclaim e-mails i called them repeatedly over the following 3 weeks until i gave up and called trading standards! Beleive it or not they even ignored the calls from them until randomly out of the blue i recieved an e-mail saying my money was being repaid, no appology or anything!
