I have to say I've had no problems with Parcel2go ever. Shocking I know - particularly after reading other peoples experiences with them.

I've used them about 20 times in the last couple of years for big parcels and each time they've picked up on the specified day (granted actual pick-up time is seemingly random).

I even had a three pallet shipment arrive safe and sound, again picked up and delivered on the dates requested.

So, for me they've been spot on each time.

I've never had to deal with the customer services department but from if what I read is anywhere near the truth, they sound like a nightmare.

Parcel2go - seemingly a bit of a gamble. Maybe it's the individual couriers that are the problem rather than the company as a whole? Good me for at least, a bit pants for others...
