Decided to take a risk and use this carrier after hearing mixed reviews (their new £5.99 price is too good to pass up!!). Have to say I am totally impressed. I got a little mixed up on the website- turns out I had the wrong postcode when I was placing the order. However their live help facility was fantastic, you can click on it from any page on the order process and a staff member will help you, she pointed me to the postcode finder and 2 mins later I'd finished my order and waited for the driver to turn up later that day. The package arrived next day on their 2-4 day service!! Fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone after my experience.

I was also told the company will soon be offering a new service which sends all huge parcels that other carriers won't handle. This will be perfect for some of the items I send. Before using other carriers give Parcel2Go a shot. Try their quick quote and compare their prices.
