I used these guys to pickup on the 11th for a delivery on the 14th. The pickup didn't happen on the 11th, couldn't get anyone till the 14th. Looked at the tracker that said awaiting collection. Was told on the 14th that the driver had been to the address and the goods weren't ready. It was my house, my parcel and they told me it was my fault even though I was there all day and no-one turned up. To ake things worse I was told I had to pay again to get it collected. Total rubbish, does anyone else know of anyone who is any good? All I want is someone who will do what they say and then not con me when they mess it up!!!!
