I am shocked with what i have read after my positive experiances!!!!! I did a search for cheap couriers on e bay and came up with these guys so i priced up with parcel2go.com having some items on e bay for sale pick up only and thought if i offer a delivery i would get more interest which i did! Anyway after a winner paying and wanting delivery i did a booking at 10pm for a pick up the next day on the 72 hour delivery which is the cheapest option and paid by paypal which is conveniant as i was paid by paypal from e bay winner after i received about 7 different e mails saying it was being processed and awaiting the ok with DHL who the courier would be after that i had to wait for the pick up the next day between 9am - 5.30pm I sat in waiting and thought while i am waiting lets read the reviews for this company (bit silly of me really) i then had a bad feeling thinking what have i done but whilst reading the reviews in the corner of my eye out of the window i seen this yellow DHL van heading my way and i sighed with relief, but i still was in some doubt with the handling and lost goods bit i had read about so i asked the DHL guy and he said the reviews are based on the parcel2go company and not us i was confused as i thought they where the same people and he explained they are only linked by parcel2go taking the orders and DHL delivering them. So i asked him does that mean that if my item gets damaged DHL would be at fault and he said he has yet to deliver a damaged item so i trusted him after all i had a receipt with his name on it to complain about if need be. I gave the person who was waiting for the item a tracking number and when it arrived (which it did) he confirmed this and it arrived with no damage in less time than paid for. So i don't understand what has gone wrong with some people but i am happy with there service and will continue using them in the future
