I've used P2GO for so long and shipped so much with them I genuinely can't put a number on it anymore. I can now book a collection in less time than it takes me to get through my gmail enhanced youtube login; printing and taping the label on as I click through paypal. I also ship items a lot of people wouldn't even know the nature of if they saw, that are very heavy or strange shapes. I've never had any problems with them at all, and I'm usually not even in to sign for it. Instead, I'll sign, date and address a note and stick it to the parcel. As I say, they've always picked it up. Only once did I start to worry when he hadn't turned up and it'd gone 5pm. I used their online chat tool and they told me he'd be there before 6pm. Not long after, he arrived. They can sometimes take two days to deliver, but for not much over a fiver to deliver big, bulky, 25kg objects that don't need to be there by 9am recorded the next day, I'm not going to complain! If you're sending something important or odd, pack it properly, stick appropriate notes to the box that the handlers can easily identify and read and pay for insurance; any other courier would ask for the same. They get 4 stars and not 5 because I'd like more weight and volume increments between 25kg and pallets. I know there is another company who can offer these for not much more, but with a significantly more annoying booking process that I stay well clear of if possible.
