Disadvantages Slow response, Rude customer service, don't care about thier consumers and their reputation
I recently shipped two parcels from the UK to the US and had nothing but trouble from this company - the shipment was slow, they were unresponsive when there was an issue with customs. The instructions on the web site were inaccurate and the UI difficult to use with bugs all over the place. The shipment got stuck in customs (mainly due to the fact that I was unaware that I had to list all manufacturer names and addresses for all food items) - something that I was not aware of when completing the paperwork. Finally, the parcel was returned to the UK after non response from the shipper and delays in them passing on information from myself. They were rude and refused to assist with resending my parcels even though I had insurance - when I asked for a Manager I was told I was speaking to one!!!! Don't waste your money and use another more reputable company.
