I ordered my new PC in the midst of what is no doubt PC Specialists busiest time of year but despite this they were able to build and ship my machine promptly and even cope with a last minute change in delivery option.
The staff were very helpful and responded quickly and helpfully to all my enquiries by phone or by mail. The PC came very well packaged with a handy little box containing all the original driver / software discs and manuals along with a getting started guide. I had no trouble getting it all set up and had it running in minutes. A few bonus points must go to PC Specialist for resisting the temptation to install any kind of bundle software such as AOL or other ISP software.
A few weeks on and I am still impressed with the PC. It is a top spec custom model and breezes through all my favourite games (medieval 2, company of heroes, day of defeat: source) at maximum settings and can swiftly encode video for streaming AVIs to my xbox 360 in almost real time.
In summary, a very impressive level of service and quality of build. 10/10
