i only joined swagbucks recently and have been bemused by the reams of comments saying "wow £100 giftcard", "thanks SB" etc, because it appears insanely hard to earn the illusive swagbucks. yes they do provide 100s of surveys daily, however i am having great difficulty qualifying for any of them, even though they don't state any criteria.
up to now, i am earning off the daily polls alone as the search bars holds little reward as do the games etc. in saying that, the daily polls only offer 1 pt and i have occassionally participated in the "big earners". the swagstakes too are massively tempting: ipod touch only 8 sb! 8sb, you say, 2 surveys max, so you click, and you lose. the rewards are hugely overpriced with $5 amazon voucher costing 900SB and so if you're actually looking for an income, i'd step away from the computer and hit the classifieds!
but it is interesting to read the surveys and i average 15sb a day so if you don't actually want the money and simply want to contribute to vital market research, go for it! as far as i can tell its not a scam and i intentionally don't take the surveys which require personal info or credit card details. there is no sign up fee so you can't lose1
but be warned, you will gain no "swag" and very few "bucks"

I use swagbucks and get at least £10 amazon (1700 points) a month, but you get out what you put in.
