Since joining Ciao- I exploded into joining other Market research companies. Valued Opinions was one of them. Overall I have been very impressed with them so far. I shall explain why.
Layout and design: (Please see image- guest view and Introduction.) The general layout of the Valued Opinions website is fairly impressive. I have to admit that I quite like the pinks and green incorporated on the website and the black writing. Like with most company websites there are different sections to the website page. There are two in fact in just simply visiting the home page- one for the guest- showing- what money you can make- how old you have to be to join and what you can do with the money you earn (which I shall mention more about latter.) It is designed to tempt you into joining the Valued Opinions team

Rewards: After you have earned £10 taking surveys you are eligable for a reward (a £10 voucher.) There is a wide selection to choose from. (I tend to pick a John Lewis/Waitrose Voucher as that is our main shopping ground!) You can also select (£10) Amazon, Sainsbury's, Tesco Marks and Spencer and an Apple iTunes Voucher among many more. (Please see image) I do feel however that Valued Opinions would benefit from adding a few budget stores such as Lidl and Aldi vouchers as those sort of stores are becoming far more popular now days! I also feel a months waiting to recieve your reward is way top long as by the time your voucher arrives your are due another voucher. (I have recieved a voucher today upon request 1 month ago) and I am due another!
Layout and design: (Please see image- member view.) I really like the general layout of the Valued Opinions Website for people who are already signed up for the site. This is because it is well orginised- it is very easy to see how much money who have ready to claim (or how much more you need to save up,) you can do this by looking at the "rewards" section) You can also see here how much money is being processed to see how much they will potentially be putting into you Valued Opinions balance. It is easy to login into your account too. You simply click "login" and type in your email adress and your password. You can also select the "keep me logged in" which naturally saves time. You should only do this on your personel PC or Mac, however I think however the "poll" were logged in members can vote on opinion poll is completely pointless as it offers no rewards for taking part.
Navigation, Surveys, and the Frequency of the surveys: One of the most time costly asspect to Valued Opinions is the first day of joining. This is because you have to fill out loads of information about yourself. I spent one hour doing this and found it extremely boring. Valued Opinions get your personel information from you as Valued Opinions can then judge your eligability on taking a particarlar survey. After the initial bordem however, you tend to get between 1-2 surveys per day. Navigation is normally quite good depending on you Internet speed.
Should the survey page freeze you are able to refresh it. There are of course MANY surveys to choose from. Sometimes they are simply to get more information about you- to see how often you drink Fanta for example, which may result into a survey about beverages. Sometimes they are about a a certain product. These surveys are often short (10-15 minutes.) For people with more time however (1 hour) you might find yourself being asked what sort of toilet tissue you use and what brand of car you have. They can be really varied but can also be fairly boring. It is also wise to watch the pay to time ratio to I find the shorter the surveys the more money you get for the time you give.
How much have I earned?
I have so far earned £51.60 for 4 months work- which is fairly good I suppose, I have found that the more dedicated you are, the higher your chances of being sent a survey (which will be sent to your email adress- please see the image below.) You tend to earn £1.00 for 30 minutes of your time as a general rule.
Customer Service: I have found the Customer service on Valued Opinions- I have found it wise to keep the details of the survey from your email for a week, after taking the survey in case you don't get paid. It is also convienient to email Valued Opinions in case there was a technical fault.
Thank you for taking the time for reading/rating my review. It is highly appreciatted. Should you like me to send you a link to join Valued Opinions then please send me an email request in my private guestbook- which is checked daily!
