www.yahoo.co.uk is, I reckon, one of the fastest growing search engines going in the world. With millions of members across the globe, everybody who is on the Internet has heard, in one way or another, of Yahoo!

There's no limits on what you can do on Yahoo! Apart from the obvious searching for things you want, either in the whole of Yahoo, in England only, or Ireland only, there is also numerous other things you can do with Yahoo.

Geocities

This is Yahoo's own website building pages. With Geocities there are ready made pages to choose from, or you can start building your own page. You can also search for any Geocities webpage.

Yahoo! Clubs

Yahoo clubs is also extremely popular with it's members. You can create a club or two, or join clubs of your choice. Just search through the catagories. You can post messages, links and photo's. It's brilliant if you want to keep your friends and family updated on anything!

People Search

If you want to search for anyone, or for a specific Yahoo ID, just use the people search and see if you can find anyone you have lost touch with.

Yahoo Mail

You can send and receive emails too with Yahoo. In Yahoo mail, there is also an address book, where you can store your email addresses, and retrieve them when sending emails. That saves you having to type out the address every time!

Wow! What can I say about Yahoo chat? It's brilliant! There are literally hundreds of chat rooms, and then some, to choose from, about virtually any subject imaginable! You can also create your own chat room. All chat rooms enables voice chat, different fonts and colours, and the famous little smiley faces!

Yahoo! is one of the best sites to visit to stay in touch with people from all around the world, and for simply looking for something in particular. If you've never used Yahoo, then why not pay it a visit and see what you think?!

I only have one small gripe with Yahoo though. When signing up for a Yahoo ID, it can be somewhat difficult picking a username. As there are millions of users already using Yahoo, you'll probably find the username you want is being used by someone already. So, by adding an underscore, or a couple of numbers at the end may solve the problem!
