Well Yes Loans, what can I say?

I wanted to get a fair loan to get a car with my partner, and we looked at yes loans, the site appeared to be a positive good company. So we decided to try getting a loan through them. We had a representative call us. Asking all of our details they we're so friendly and helpful. Then the lady took my account details, I believed this was due to a credit check she then informed me she had taken 69.95 off of my account in which would be paid back to me once they had found me a loan. I found this slightly confusing and abit concerning as she had practically stolen my money off of my account without my concent. After spending half an hour on the phone giving all my details having money taken from my account, she had informed me that they couldnt help me with finding a loan. So I then asked what happend to my 69.95 - the lady then stated she would pass me through to the Refunds department. I waited in a queue for 35 mins to listen to the same boring loop of music. I then had a message come to me demanding me to call them back on a premium rate number to get the refund sorted. In which I did and was again put into a loop of music. This has happended through out a month or two now. And still after complaints and so many calls I have still not had the money back. So I have decided to take legal action and the courts are fighting this for me stating it is theft. I cant see how a company can take advantage of people in need and take the little money they do currently have and not give them anything in return its shocking. They shouldnt be legal.
