I agree with the person who advised that they get a large number of spam emails through their zoom webmail. I also receive approx 100 spam emails each day. However I will say that access to the site is generally good and I have used it now also for 9 years. My only concern is that they provide no way to contact them and I am currently trying to validate whether they (or another phisher/spammer) is trying to obtain my webmail information as I have received some strange emails purporting to be from the Zoom Customer Service Team (who are otherwise totally invisble) recently. I am trying via Arcadia Group to verify the request but so far have had no response. ...

I have been using zoom for the last 9yrs & I have to say I have never once had a bad experience with them not once...
I hopefully intent to keep this Email for the duration I dont intend to give mine up any time soon ....

Advantages: None that I am aware of Disadvantages: Number of disgusting SPAM emails
I have now stopped my zoom email address downloading to my computer as I receive on average 1000! YES 1000 disgusting spam emails per day. Whenever I try to go to the website to delete the emails my computer times out after twenty minutes waiting for the page to open. The problem is that I have quite a few regular emails that still go to that address so I need to be able to enter, find out which ones they are and redirect them to my new address. ...

I signed up to Zoom and got a Zoom email address because I got a £10 gift voucher for doing so. You also get Zoom points if you are a member, and buy in certain of their shops. These can then be spent in these shops.
If you join, you can personalise your home page with local weather, different types of news, and offers for your favourite shops. It is a useful site to have as your home page.
However, I ordered from them several times, and on one ... ...items at sale price from Hawkshead, but was charged full price. It took several phone calls and nearly a month of trying to get my money back. Then, I found that they had lost all the points I had earned for the transaction. The arcadia helpline was useless, and it took a couple of very snotty emails to get this sorted out. My order was placed on the 17th of april, and I only got it finally sorted last week!
That said, all my other orders were fine, ...
